Product Introduction
This instrument is a new generation of compact testing instrument developed based on the principle of ultraviolet fluorescence and computer technology. When the sample is introduced into the high temperature cracking furnace, it undergoes oxidative cracking, and the sulfur in it is quantitatively converted into sulfur dioxide, and the reaction gas enters the fluorescence chamber after drying and dehydration. In the fluorescence chamber, part of the sulfur dioxide is converted into excited state sulfur dioxide after being exposed to ultraviolet light.
When the sulfur dioxide transitions to the ground state, photons are emitted, and the photoelectron signal is received and amplified by the photomultiplier tube. After being amplified by an amplifier and processed by a computer, it can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the light intensity. Under certain conditions, the fluorescence intensity of sulfur dioxide generated in the reaction is proportional to the amount of sulfur dioxide generated, and the amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional to the total sulfur content in the sample, so the total sulfur content in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity. Before analyzing the sample, first use the calibration curve of the standard sample, and then analyze the sample under the same conditions. The program automatically calculates the sulfur content of the sample based on the calibration curve of the standard sample. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is the most advanced sulfur analysis instrument in the world.
