Question 1. Can you produce according to our sample?
Answer: Yes, We can build the molds according to customer's sample or design artwork(pictures is ok if you don't have design
artwork) .

Question 2. How about the sample fee?
Answer: About $100-$150 including the logo cost fee. And we will refund sample fee after get customer's bulk order.

Question 3. What is the sample and bulk order lead time?
Answer: Sample delivery time is 10-15 days, bulk order delivery time is 30-50 days.

Question 4. Do you have different designs for options?
Answer: Yes, we have made many different styles, please contact to get the price list and pictures.

Question 6. What payment term do you accept?
Answer: We accept various ways of payment method, such as T/T, Money Gram, west union, paypal and alipay, etc.
30%/50% deposit before production, and 70%//50% remaining before shipping, flexible terms according to your detailed demands.
