Overview

EC20 is Cat 4 LTE wireless communication module, using LTE 3GPP Rel.11 technology, 150Mbps supports a maximum downlink rate and maximum uplink rate 50Mbps; at the same time shift away from UMTS/HSPA+ communication UC20 module and communication network standard shift away from LTE Cat 3 compatible module on the package, to achieve a seamless handover between 3G network and 4G network. The EC20 R2.0 module contains two versions of EC20-C R2.0 and EC20-CE R2.0, enabling it to backwards compatible with existing EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, so as to ensure normal operation in remote areas without 3G and 4G networks. EC20 R2.0 has multiple constellations, high-precision positioning GNSS (GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou/Galileo/QZSS) receiver, simplifies product design, and greatly improves location speed and accuracy. EC20 R2.0 built a rich network protocol, integration of multiple industry standard interface, and supports a variety of drivers and software function (for Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows7/Windows 8/8.1/Windows 10/Linux/Android USB eCall* drive system, etc.), greatly expand the application range of EC20 R2.0 in the field of M2M, such as CPE, router, data card, tablet computer, vehicle security and industrial grade PDA.
