About Tax
Q: Is the TAX included in the order charge?
A: Buyer is responsible for paying any local Customs taxes. If your item was returned due to customs issues, we can only refund for ITEM PART, so please track your parcel constantly, once get customs issue, please contact them in time to avoid returning, or we can only refund item part once returned.

For example:
In European country :all the items need import duty, which is 35-45 euro based on our small commercial invoice
In USA market: all the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000usd, as our invoice amount will be 200usd ,so in USA market do not need to pay tax.
In Australia market: all the items do not need to pay import duty, if the total commercial invoice is less than 1000AUD, as our invoice amount will be 200AUD, so in USA market do not need to pay tax.

About Product
1, Q: How to confirm whether this product fits my car or not?
A: If you are not sure if the product fits your car, please feel free to contact us and send us your car pictures(front, back and whole car pictures), we have professional technical engineer to check the fitment for you.
2, Q: Is this real 100% full carbon fiber material and dry carbon?
A: Our goods are wet carbon, which is 2 layers fiberglass, one layer real carbon./ Surface is carbon fiber, we also can provide 100% dry carbon for special items!
3, Q: Is painting included/do you provide painting?(NOT for carbon fiber)
A: We are the manufacturer, so the products will be with a priming gray or black color, we do not provide painting as well. We highly suggest you to paint it at the local car modification shop after the installation is done. In order to avoid color difference and scratches during shipping or installation.
4, Q: Do you offer technical support?
A: No, we do not offer tech support. If you plan on bidding on the item, make sure you have the technical knowledge and the expertise to properly install and use the item listed. Damage caused by improper installation and/or handling is not cove#00639a under any warranty implied or otherwise.

About Installation
Q: Is the installation accessories included In the package? How to install?
A: YES 3M tape & screws are packed in the package as necessary, some parts just need 3M some parts need screws, we will put them into the package. We have installation instruction based on different parts, pls refer to description.

About Shipping
Q: When can I receive the package after payment?
A: It will take us 3~5 working days to do inspection & packing & arranging shipment.
Ship by EMS, delivery time is 7~10 working days.
Ship by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS, delivery time is 5~7 working days.

Our Service
Q: What should I do if I do not satisfied with the goods?
A: 1) After received goods if you do not satisfied, you can contact with our service girl for the return, we will pay the return shipping fee if it is our problem.
2) If it is little scratched during shipping, we will have repair instructions for you or return back.
3) If it is damaged during shipping, we will make the full refund or exchange a new one for you.

About payment
We accept aliexpress escrow payment method via the most popular.
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
