Replacement Heavy Duty Diesel Air Filter

Replacement Heavy Duty Diesel Air Filter is constructed with extra strength and reinforcements to withstand the harsh conditions that can be found in commercial use. D&J Hybrid Dryflow Air Filter media is pleated and placed between two powder-coated aluminum screens which is then held between a top plate or molded urethane end cap and molded urethane seal.
These ends are molded into a powder-coated steel cage to help withstand extreme temperatures and pressure. This means that a D&J commercial grade diesel air filter will not collapse or lose its seal under the high levels of compression that may be encountered in large turbo diesel applications. |

Air Filters, Twist-Lock Pneuma-Pulse Cartridge MERV 11 cellulose retrofit replacement for Cylindrical Cartridges offer a convenient alternative when replacement of the original cartridge is necessary.
FEATURES:
Cartridges-are used in gas turbine air intake systems, as well as freestanding dust collector systems. By offering exceptional filtration and low pressure drop your turbine can operate at maximum efficiency over extended filter life.
CONSTRUCTION:
Cartridges are constructed with Twist-Lock and a one piece molded gasket with expanded galvanized inner and outer wraps around both the inside and outside of the filter. A spiral glue bead around the outside ensures pleat cellulose locking to add security to the filter in critical conditions.
Available with outside banding for ease of pulsing the filters clean. |

Cartridge Filters are made in many OEM styles and configurations used in the industry today. We have Cartridges designed for most Industrial, Commercial, Food and Drug applications. The Cartridges are manufactured with spun-bond, polyester, synthetic and other media types. It is common for most of these styles to use galvanized steel or stainless steel end caps and/or flanges depending on their application. Silicone, urethane and other type gaskets are added for sealing purposes when necessary for your particular style.
