Q3. What's your MOQ if I want to print my own logo?

A: 500 sets for common items, 1000 sets for newly design items.

Q4. Can I place a small order to check the market first?

A: Yes,trial order is acceptable.

Q5. Can you send samples before our order?

A: Yes,samples are available,but you need to pay the sample charge and shipping cost,and we will refund the sample charge when you confirmed the bulk order.

Q6. What's your lead time for samples and mass production?

A: Stock samples: within 3 days; Customized samples: 7-10 days; Mass production: 15-25 working days.

Q7: What's your payment terms?

A: T/T, Paypal, Escrow, Western Union both available, 30% deposit,70% balance before shipment.

Q8: Which shipping way is available?

A: By express to your warehouse,3-5 working days; By air to your nearest airport,5-7 working days; By sea to your nearest port,15-30 working days; When the goods shipped out,we will provide you the tracking number asap.
