Tricalcium Phosphate is a white, odourless powder, Tricalcium phosphate consists of avariable mixture of calcium phosphates obtained from neutralisation of phosphoric acid with calcium hydroxide and having the approximate composition of 10CaO3P2O5H2O, which complies with the specifications of GB25558-2010, FCC and EC Regulation for food additives. In food industry, it is used as nutritional supplement agent, Anticaking agent, PH regulator, buffer, clouding agent, chelating agent etc.
