3. What is the warranty ?

We usually have 1-year warranty against all types of   damages with proper operation and maintenance,   not include the easy damage spare parts.

4. What about the lead time for the mass production ?

For standard orders, the lead time is about 15-20 days. Depends on the order reqeust &        quantity.

5. Are you sending technical person to install the machines ?

Depends on the order content, technical support is available if needed. Besides the installation of most our machines is very simple, we will offer installation guiding videos and manual.  

6. What is your term of delivery ?

We accept EXW, FOB Shenzhen or FOB Guangzhou. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
