1, Reducer part
The reducer connect power and press roller. Transport pressure from motor to roller. Compare to common briquette machine the reducer of this briquette machine is different and special.
There is a safety pin between reducer pulley and reducer, the purpose is to protect the pressure briquette machine overload, when the briquette machine overload, the safety pin will be cut off, briquette machine power off, all machine stop running (including reducer).

2.The coupling part
The coupling connect reducer and main machine, it has different structure with common briquette machine.
The coupling on common machine is a regular flanged coupling only connect two shaft and total two coupling. But the coupling of this machine is four sets, all them is Internal gear teeth curved sleeve coupling.
Because the briquette machine work principle is use two drive shape make high pressure of briquettes. The reducer is double-shaft reducer, two shafts’ relative position is fixed. As there is a adjustment range between two rollers, to solve the roller can’t fixed by the fixed relative position of reducer shafts, this machine’s coupling Internal teeth and curved teeth work together structure. The curved teeth has a adjustment range, so it is well solved the problem of the position of two reducer shaft is fixed.
3. Double drive shaft device
Two drive shaft of reducer connect briquette machine shafts through coupling, made this machine double drive shaft structure. The advantage of both two shaft are drive shaft, make pressure evenly when press roller working, get better briquettes quantity.
The common briquette machine has one drive shaft and one passive shaft, there has a force of passive shaft always in diagonal downward direction. Therefore, when the material into briquette machine is wet or dry and unevenly stirred , There will be a small amount of briquette on the passive pressure roller ball socket off is not complete, some briquettes not look nice. The double drive shaft device avoided this kind problems.

A: No, before briquetting, the raw materials should be in 0-5mm, the water content of raw materials should be 8-15%, aslo some raw materials maybe need binder in process,so in general the complete briquettes production line include Drying --- Hopper --- Crusher--- Mixer--- Briquette Machine--- Briquette Dryers, but if you had those auxiliary equipment,you can only order briquette machine.
Q: What is the binder in process?
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.
Q: How about the hardness of briquettes?
