Question 1: What’s the delivery time after I pay the deposit ?  

Answer: We will delivery the goods within 15-25 working days after receipt of the prepayment.

 

Question 2: Is mineral samples analysis available?

Answer: Sure, we supply samples analysis service for free. After the testing, we will give you the reasonable flow chart, suitable solution and equipment selection.

 

Question 3: Do you have client in my country?

Question 4: How to make the payment?

Normally, when the order value is below USD10, 000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10, 000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

 

Question 5: Suitability of motor?

As there are many voltage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happened, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

 

Question 6: After sale service?

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment except wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.

 

Question 7: Packaging & Shipping?

All the goods exported are packed in wooden case or carton with export standard except naked package when necessary.

 

Question 8: How long of your machine quality guarantee terms ?

Answer: Quality guarantee time is one year(wearing parts excluded).
