this machine consists of one scalding part, one plucking part. and also one air compressor which will control the automatic discharging.

and also, if you prefer steam heating, you will need a steam generator, 80kg/h steam is OK.

LPG consumption will be 3KG/h

AND also you can choose electricity heating, then the heating power will be 24KW
