2. The microprocessor controls that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
3. Hardness digital indicator: Product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration, Tank with mixing.
5. Three compressors and two beater motors, separate control of each flavor.
6. Capacity: 70 liters/hour, 720 cones/hour (80g/cone), (capacity varies depending on condition of mix and environment.)
7. Control by touch switch, easy to operation.
