4.Centrifugal slice is mainly used for cutting some hard vegetable,such as melon, potato,etc. The thickness of the slice can be changed in a certain field. Vertical knife cut the soft vegetable with leaves or the cutted slice into the form of piece, cube, diamond in different size. The cutted length can be adjusted by adjustable eccentric wheel in any fields. 

The Vertical knife using the principle of manual cutting and smooth surface make the cutted vegetable regular form, intact organization and freshness.
