Raw Matetrial 

The final biofuel briquette is made by the advanced biomass briquetting machine. Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, 

cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, etc.

The process for producing briquette

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick

  The Usage for  briquette

1. Our briquette machine are CE & SGS certified standard, it meets the European Standards. 
2. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw/22kw-3phase-380V-50Hz electrical driven motor.

3. This briquette machine can be operated 16 hours per day.
4. The final wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquette boilers or boilers for heating.
