This coal extruder machine can be used to shape different materials, like: coal, charcoal, iron, aluminum, copper, lime, coke, etc mine ore.

We have three kinds of charcoal briquetting machine:

common model, high-pressure model, and hydraulic model

1. Common coal extruder machine:

We have 290, 360, 430, 520, 670, 800, 1000 models.

2. High pressure coal extruder machine:

We have 450, 520, 670, 800, 1000 models, which can press various mine powder, and get higher density

3.Hydraulic coal extruder machine:

We have 380, 520, 650, 750, 850, 1000 models

The material of roller is: 65Mn or 9Cr2Mo.

If you require common charcoal briquetting machine , the roller material is 65Mn.

If you require hydraulic charcoal briquetting machine, the roller material is 9Cr2Mo. Both is wear resisting material.

It can service 10-12months(depends on your used raw materials)

--- What materials can i use?

Charcoal powder / charcoal dust: raw material powder, silicomanganese alloy, etc.
Coal: Coal powder, middle coal, slime peat, coke powder, lignite etc.

Other material: fireproof material, desulfurization gypsum, dolomite etc.

 

--- Which shape does your machine produce?

The final shape can be customized by your request.But it is ball or pillow shape.

 

--- Do i need to mix binder to press?

Yes, you can mix binder or combustion improver. But the binder depends on your material.

The most common binder is starch. It will not influence briquette quality.

 

Final briquette from coal extruder machine:

Egg-shaped ball, oval-shaped ball, circular-shaped ball, square-shaped ball, columnar-shaped ball, banding-shape ball, cake-shaped ball, etc.

Package and shipping of coal extruder machine

Normally, we package it by plastic film at the first step to avoid rust, then using fulmigation free wooden case to package.
