Welding principle: The equipment adopts high strength steel as the frame, three ultrasonic welding head at the same time pressure welding, a single welding head split type control, a single welding head can adjust the position (three axis adjustment), using the welding tool sliding rail structure, the cylinder from the place area movement to the welding area. The height of the upper die can be adjusted by the limit screw and controlled by PLC man-machine interface. The side-pull structure is convenient for debugging and installation with high accuracy. The machine is easy to debug and stable in performance. The driving mechanism of the equipment can be divided into manual operation and automatic operation. Manual operation is a single action, which is mainly used for the debugging of the mechanism and mold. In PLC computer touch screen into the main operation screen, according to the welding requirements of the workpiece welding time, curing time and delay time are set.
The computer touch screen automatically determines, close the moving door (proximity switch indicator light) or safety grating, press the start switch (blue) button at the same time, the process is controlled by PLC to achieve automatic control.
