This system uses:

2: 2 groups of fixed welding at different angles, divided into 4 heads, each head has a combined ultrasonic welding die (1+2 type, 35KHz), using a cassette (CASSETTE or CARTRIDGE) design, please see the separate picture for details.
3: Turntable structure design. 2 welding chambers the space is still insufficient, all riveting The joint must be completed in 2 welding chambers.
4: Conveying structure with precision positioning (with self-locking function) with a traverse distance of 1.5 meters.
5: 4 groups of compression systems during welding, each group can be independently controlled.
6: Equipped with finished product ejection system.
7: Adopt 5 sets (35KHz 1000WATT) ultrasonic power supply box, which can override multiple welding modes including energy mode.
8: The 100% safety system includes advanced functions such as human safety detection, missing parts, defective raw materials, and poor welding alarms, all of which are provided.
