The basic crude oil online water cut analyzer is replacement product of radioactive type water cut analyzer, which is developed by our company in combination with many years of in working with oilfield enterprises at the end of 2007. It has been put into mass use in major oilfields in China, and mostly at single well, metering station, transfer stations and joint stations.

●The resolution of the instrument is 0.01%, accuracy as follows:
Range 0~3%: real-time accuracy ±0.1%, cumulative accuracy ±0.05%;
Range 3~10%: real-time accuracy ±0.5%, cumulative accuracy ±0.1%;
Range 10~100%: accuracy ±1.5%;

●Installation: plug-in, GB/JB/HB DN50/PN2.5MPa flange is optional, flange also can be customized;
●Using dual radio frequency principle, non-contact measurement, no moving parts, which not only ensures high accurate measurement data, but also has strong adaptability to the varied types of oil;
●Built-in temperature sensor, the instrument can perform temperature data and temperature compensation for the results of water cut measurement without an external temperature transmitter;
●On-site display, original 3-button non-contact button design, convenient for users to operate on the explosion-proof meter; RS485/MODBUS communication method, support data remote transmission and on-site software upgrade;
●The product has no mechanical moving parts, and the surface treatment process of anti-sticking tech to ensures the long-term reliable and avoiding frequently maintenance for the instrument;
●Easy and quick installation, no requirement for front and rear straight pipe sections, and insensitive to the flow rate.
