Horizontal Sand Mill is a kind of milling machine which is suitable for closed continuous production.
1.Working Princeples:
- First, the solid-liquid mixing materials are transported into the grinding chamber by the feed pump.
- Then the materials and grinding medium are grinded by the blender in the grinding chamber, to quickly shear and grind the materials.
- At last, the finished materials are separated by dynamic classifier, so that the finished materials are discharged from the discharge port.
2. Applications:
The horizontal sand mill can be used to make: (1)Printing ink: Flexo printing ink; (2) Car paint and Industrial metal coatings: Coil coatings; (3)Industrial anti-corrosion coatings: Woodenware paint; 4)Screen printing ink: UV printing ink; (5)Waterborne color paste: Varnish.
