The production line is composed of conical double screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutter, turnover frame, screw extruder and tractor. The PVC pipe production line adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor adopt products. The traction has crawler type, two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and other traction modes. Mixing of raw materials in PVC plastic pipe extrusion production line: PVC stabilizer, plasticizer and other auxiliary materials are successively added into the high-speed mixer according to proportion and process, the materials are heated to the set process temperature through material and mechanical self friction, and then the materials are reduced to 40-50 ℃ by cold mixer; In this way, it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.
