207A Ultra High Pressure Homogenizer
Product description
The 207A ultra-high pressure homogenizer utilizes the high-pressure energy generated by
the servo motor to instantaneously release the material, and under the conditions of high
shear, cavitation and collision effects, and dispersion effect, the material is broken,
homogenized and emulsified under constant pressure working conditions.
The particle size of the material can be uniformly refined to below 100 nm, and the breaking
rate can reach 95% or more.
The machine has a built-in cooling circulation system that directly cools the homogenizer.
All materials in contact with the material tube are 316L stainless steel. And optional
homogenizing valve. Has applied for invention patents and utility model patents.
