A:After you confirm the order , you can send money online directly , we can accept payment by BOLETO, Mastercard, Visa, e-Checking, PAYLATER, T/T etc.

 

Q:When will you send out our package ? And how long can i receive it ?

A:Usually we can send goods in 1-2 days except China holiday , and it will take 5-6 days to reach your country by DHL , TNT , UPS , FEDEX or e-packet etc.

 

Q:What is the warranty policy ?

Q:If we receive the products without SHAHE logo from your store, are they produced by Wenzhou Sanhe Measuring Instrument Co.,LTD ?

A:Yes, we are SHAHE Factory Direct. We produce tools with SHAHE brand and neutral for meeting different customs’ demand, we will send products with SHAHE logo at first, if no stocks , we may send neutral one , but all are 100% quality products from SHAHE.
