SOFIA Series Knife-visual positioning multi-function cutting machine is an upgraded version. The whole machine adapts to high quality and high precision parts. The machine adopts the oscillating knife and high-speed spindle, Digital ALigned cutting system, JMC hybrid servo motors with Japan SHIMPO precise reducer and drives, High-density bakelite plate and T-slot table with 4.5kw Air cooling vacuum pump.
Optional tangential knife
The tangential knife is the more robust of the two options, intended for processing heavier, thicker and harder materials than a traditional drag knife can accommodate. A selection of easily interchangeable blade cartridges allow a wide range of material to be processed. Full directional control of the blade allows straight edges, sharp corners and all radii to be cut cleanly and accurately.
