High Frequency Powerful spindle

The High quality SESAME series CNC Router machine comes with 3.5kw water cooled high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collects. Fully programmable speeds is 24000RPM.

Anodized Aluminum Spindle Fixing plate

The spindle is fixed on the high quality aviation aluminum T6061/6063 plate, and it is Anodized Aluminum processing, the plate is machined by high precision CNC machining center.

Vacuum table

No need human fix the material, saving time, improving efficiency. Absorb the material automatically. The texture of our vacuum table is double hard pvc, which is high-temp and cauterization endurable. Vacuum table with 6 zones is
most popular. Of course,the zones can be designed according to customers’needing. Valve in the machine will control the working of the zones. Open the valve, the relevant zones will work accordingly.

Vacuum pump

Vaccum table need to combine with vacuum pump. Wihout it, vacuum table can not work. Vacuum pump is mainly through taking the air away between the workpiece and the table surface, form a negative pressure to achieve the
purpose of the workpiece firmly fixed on the table.

Dust cover for the guide rail and the helical rack gear

The machine is designed with the dust cover for the guide rail and the helical rack and gear, to reduce friction, make the rail and the rack have longer service life.

Hiwin/PMI square rail&High quality helical rack pinion

Sesame choose heavy duty linear guide rail with high assembly Flange sliding block and PMI linear guide. The Y-axis adopts double-row four-column guide rail, with strong bearing force, fast speed, smooth operation, high precision and high life span.

Rack of Sesame adopts high-precision 1.25 helical rack, which is complementary with the professional motor and professional deceleration device, which runs smoothly, high speed, high precision and low noise.

Leg Removable Frame

The machine main body and the machine legs are freely separable, when delivery the legs are disassembled and put on the table, which will reduce the machine's package size, then will save the shipping cost.

Patent design 1:4 gear reducer + Stepper motor 450B+ driver 860H

Patent design 1:4 gear reducer install on the driving motor, makes the motor is more powerful, and having a longer time service life. The stepper motors are installed on all axes to ensure precise positioning of the gantry and the spindle in accordance with a predetermined program at high speed. Stepper motors are well proven high degree of reliability. The machine is installed 4 pieces of motors.(Servo motor&driver+Japan SHIMPO reducer is optional parts.)

Machine's sample and our service:

• The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination.
• We are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, while it is preferred you send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge for our testing, after confirming damage, we will send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required repairing or change, if any, shall be paid.
• When you meet some complicated problem and online-support can not solve it, we can offer Door-Visiting Service. If our engineer to assemble or/and maintain or/and adjust the machine is/are required, we shall assist to deal with the visa formality and prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and the service period before their dispatch. And you can arrange for the translating person for the service engineer during their service period. Or you can send your engineer to China. We will offer long-term technical training to him for free.

Training, Commissioning & Start up of SESAME Cnc Router:

• We will supply with the machine Operation Manual and Training CD in English version for Installing and operation, including introduction for the composing of equipment, working principle  equipment, common knowledge of computer, controlling principle of electronic devices, daily maintenance measures of equipment.Personal demonstration for installation, adjusting and operation of equipment, and the computer. Common malfunction eliminating measures, etc.

• We will supply Instruction for simple troubleshooting of the machine when dispatching, which can help you dealing with the common problems happened unluckily. Also, one set of “Instruction Book”, “Operation Manual” and “Training Video Disk” for machine/software will be sent to you along with the machine,which could be easily understood and friendly handled by you and your customers.

1. Machine will be packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and wooden case(composite material box/plywood case).

2. SESAME Cnc Router's machine legs and machine bed can be separated freely, when machine shipping, we'll dismantle the machine legs, then can help you save more shipping fee.

After machine shipped, I'll make some documents, like B/L, Packing List, Commerical Invoice, Commerical Contract, etc for you. If you need, we also can provide ISO9001, CE, Certificate of Origin for helping you pick up your machine.

1. I never use this kind of machine before, is it easy to learn? 

User-friendly English manual and operation video will be sent together with the machine. If there is still any question, we can talk through phone or Skype. Moreover, you could come to our factory to learn how to use it before shipment. Our technician will give you professional guidance.

2.How to choice a better CNC Router ?

1) Choose a suitable working area

Small size such as 600*900mm is mainly used for double-color board and acrylic .

The large size of the machine such as:1200*1200,1300*2500,1500*300,2000*4000mm,it is mainly used for wood and pvc,the large size machine is suitable for engraving and cutting for large materials.

2) Choose a suitable spindle motor.

Spindle motor is one for important components for cnc router, the performance of cnc routerput an important role in cnc router. You can tell me what kind of materials you wanna process and cutting thickness pls, then I can suggest you choose proper spindle power and other specifications. We can try our best to customized for you.

3. When the machine can’t work well,What should I do?

1) Our engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you a sulutions in two hours.

2) Our machine are with 12 months warranty, If any problems of machine parts under “normal use”, new machine parts will be sent to you sooner .

3) Please rest assured that operation CD and manual will be offered along with machine, making you can operate the machine easily.

4. how should i pay for my order ? what is the procession of this purchase?

I can use our company's bank information to make a PI for you, you can pay via bank. If you're worried machine or security of funds, the payment way of Alibaba Trade Assurance is more suitable for you, it could 100% protect buyer's interests, maybe you can have a reference about the following introduction, can pay via credit card or bank.

Usually we suggest our customer choose pay 30% in advance, then when we received the bank receipt, we'll arrange to produce machine. After machine finished, I'll test machine and take some machine photos and video for you for checking, if you confirmed there're no problems, then you can pay the balance payment, I'll book ship and delivery machine.
