2. Under normal use and with regular maintenance, if the machine has broken down, we will be able to provide you free replacement parts or repair your machine for free;

B. Technical Support:

 

1. We are currently developing an online customer service system. You will have technical support by phone, email or MSN / Skype 24/24.

2. A CNC Machine Operator's Manual and an Operation Video Disc (CD) in English version will be offered with the machine.

3. Remax Machinery Technology has a technical support network serviced by specialized technicians. This technical assistance network is supported by a team of professionals with a long experience in this field and who are available for technical assistance services abroad.

 

C. After-sales service:

 

1. The machine is fully assembled and properly adjusted before shipping.

Packaging Details

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

B If machine have any problem after I receive it, how can I do ? 
Free parts send to you in machine warranty period if machine have any problem. 
If the parts less than 0.5KG, we pay the postage.
