Product Description
1.Use Max new generation single module laser, which integrates high power, lightweight volume, humanized control, high beam quality and high optical conversion efficiency. It can meet the requirements of precision machining and is suitable for remote machining.
2.S&A water chiller is specially designed for fiber laser. It can help fiber to realize rapid cooling and stable temperature control.
3.Use YASKAWA servo motor and driver,it has a high sensitivity amplifier in the same industry, which enhances the vibration suppression function, improves the following performance and reduces the setting time. In addition, it can reduce the vibration (sound) when driving and the vibration of the front end of the machine when stopping. Combined with medium inertia servo motor to improve mechanical performance.
4.Double exchange work table, loading while machine is in cutting, save time.
5.Imported high precision transmission device perfectly work with servo system so it can make sure cutting precision and efficiency.
6.Machine protection cover, CE safty standard, reduce pollution and keep operators safe.
