Volumetric full-automatic liquid filling machine is composed of automatic bucket-filling system, double-head volumetric filling system, conveying system, automatic capping-capping system, automatic coding/labeling system, finished product output system, packaging table and control system. The contact material is SUS304 stainless steel, the roller of conveying system is made of stainless steel, the chain plate is made of engineering plastic, and the frame is made of aluminum profile. Automatic arrangement and bucket-feeding system is an automatic separation equipment customized for overlapping open plastic containers. It is a special equipment that transports overlapping open containers to a separation machine, grabs and separates them by a manipulator, and then transports them to the next station through an assembly line. The filling system consists of four parts: hopper, piston metering pump, filling nozzle, frame and pneumatic control system. The height of the filling nozzle can be adjusted by loosening the hexagonal bolt on the cylinder mounting block, moving to the required position and tightening. Bottom filling is adopted. During filling, the filling nozzle extends into the bottom of the barrel, and slowly rises while filling, keeping the proper distance between the filling nozzle and the liquid level, which can effectively prevent the material from splashing. Automatic capping-capping system is composed of capping rack, capping suction device, capping cylinder, capping cylinder, capping cylinder, etc. It is an automatic separation, capping and capping device customized for overlapping open plastic container lids. The overlapping open container lids are separated individually, grabbed by a manipulator, placed on the container to be sealed, and then pressed together by photoelectric detection and special mold.
