DCS-25F-DF is more suitable for 100-300 mesh powder packaging than fine powder packaging machine. Ultra-fine powder packaging machine DCS-25F-CX-CC is suitable for 80-2000 mesh ultra-fine powder. The company has made great efforts to overcome the technical problems of powder packaging, and several achievements have obtained national patents. The technology has been applied to powder packaging machines, effectively overcoming the problems of inaccurate weighing, slow packaging speed, punching and sticking of materials caused by large changes in dry and wet conditions of materials. Powder packaging machine is composed of weighing mechanism, feeding mechanism, machine frame, control system, conveyor and sewing machine, in which superfine powder is also equipped with dust removal unit.

Working process of powder packaging machine

After manual bagging, the bag clamping switch is toggled, and the control system receives the signal to drive the cylinder to clamp the bag. At the same time, the feeder is started to feed the powder in the bin into the packaging machine. When the double-screw feeding reaches the set target value, the feeding mechanism stops running, and the bag falls onto the conveyor, and the conveyor transports it backward to sew the bag.
