A1:Yes, we have our own factories and production lines to provide quality products at competitive price.
Q2: Do you accept customized packages and logos?
A2:Yes, we can offer customized packaging and logos when you meet our minimum quality requirement (MOQ), extra charges may apply.
Q3:How do you control the quality?
A3:We handle the incoming material and accessories strictly. We have inspectors to check throughout the mass production process.We also have final quality inspection before packaging to ensure our products meet our quality control requirement.
Q4:What can you offer if there are quality problems with the products?
A4:We cannot accept product returns; the shipping charges are way too high.However, if there are quality issues with our products,please inform us and we will be more than happy to work with you to solve the issue by sending you spare parts or accessories needed. We will warranty our product for a year from the date of purchase.
