Tips

Raw Material: calcium carbonate whiteness of more than 93%, fineness of more than 1,250 mesh. If it can't be reached,it is ok.Just affect the beauty of the chalk.Not affect the use effect.

Belt Conveyor:The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted, and the customer can set the appropriate running speed. 

Chalk Extruder:A conventional chalk shape is round chalk with the same diameter at both ends. If the customer needs other shapes of chalk, we also support customized molds.

Drying Machine:If the local temperature is 20 degrees Celsius per day, we recommend that the chalk be dried naturally. If the customer's local temperature is too low, we offer drying machine,temperature range :30-120℃.Drying time around 12 hours. 

 

How to make beauty chalk?

Step 1: Put calcium carbonate into mixing machine.If you want colorful chalk,put paint with caco3 together.

Step 2: Mixed calcium carbonate become long stick from extruder.Put it on plate,ready for cutting.

Step 3: Put blade on plate,make long stick calcium carbonate into short chalk.

Step 4: Choose natural or oven drying way,you can get beauty chalk now.
