Fish Meal Production Line includes crusher machine, screw conveyor, cooking machine, pressing machine, drying machine, grinding machine, oil-water separation machine, screening machine etc.

Application

Raw Material:Whole fish(different kinds of fresh fish, fish heads, fish sausages and offals), food waste, other aquatic products, like shrimp,loach,etc.

Finished Product:the feed for different kinds animal such as dog, cat, cattle, fish, duck, chicken etc.

Working Flow

1. Put the raw materials into crusher. The crusher has single shaft, double shaft and other types for customers choice;

2. The material is sent to the cooking machine through screw conveyor, using steam/electric heating.

3. After the material is processed by screw pressing, dry it to finished product.

4. The fish oil will be separated from liquid by centrifugation and natural sedimentation method, and the soluble protein liquid is concentrated by vacuum and dried to high quality fish meal;

5. The dried material is ground into powder by a mill;

6. At the same time, can use filter to make fine particles;
