Structure

Reaper binder mainly is composed of stalks conveying part, engine, cutting and binding part, power transmission system, walking part.

Working principle: 

1. Firstly, the cutter part cut the stalk.

2. Then under the force of the conveying chain and spring guide, the cutting stalks are conveyed to the binding part.

3. Finally, the bundles will be released and thrown on the field after binding into bundles.

Reaper binder machine is for wheat rice or rapeseed or chili, etc.

Cut the rhizome, and then bind up wheat rice or rapeseed together.
