Working Principle of peanut washing and peeling machine

1. The machine is mainly composed of reducer, tank body, compound agitator, separation sieve plate, water adding pipeline, and various inlet and outlet.

2. The raw material is infiltrated with hot water added with a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the compound agitator, the materials are circulated up and down, and the sesame and the infiltration liquid are mixed evenly and fully.

3. The relative friction between the stirrer and sesame and between sesame and sesame is used to separate the sesame from the kernel to achieve the purpose of peeling the sesame.

Installation and Maintenance

1. Fix the equipment during the first installation, and the environment needs water source, power supply, and good drainage facilities.

2. Turn on the power and check whether the device is running forward.

3. The water inlet pipe is connected to the water source. If the pressure of the water source is not enough, it is necessary to increase the pump pressure.

4. Clean up the equipment residue in time after using it every day. Separate the sieve surface and rinse it with water. If it is clogged, you can rinse it with a high-pressure water gun.

5. The reducer should periodically change the oil.
