The egg tray production line consists of the procedures as below, pulping system, pulp forming system, dryer system and packing system. Working process

Pulping system

We have equipments, hydrapulper, vibration screen, consistent control,thruster, water pulp, pulp pump. With those equipment, raw material will be crashed, selected and mixed into proper pulp for pulp molding.

Pulp forming system

While the moulds dipping into the pulp, the vacuum pump absorbs the paper dregs to the surface of the mould. That is how we get the trays.

Dryer system

Just made trays are wet. To quickly dry them, we design a dryer system. It fuel can be diesel, gas, coal or electricity, which base on customers’ need.

Packing

Collect the dried trays form the conveyor and press them in piles.
