Our understanding about Oil Palm biomass:

Indonesia and Malaysia produce 85% of world palm oil production, with production increasing also in Central Africa and Latin America. But exactly where this oil palm is being grown—vast amount of oil palm biomass is generated.

At the same time, the rapid depletion of fossil fuel needs an alternative replacement, biomass fuel such as wood or straw pellets production is facing seriously shortage of woody or straw material. Therefore, converting palm biomass (like oil palm fronds, trunks, EFB, Fiber and etc.) from scattered estates into a uniform and solid fuel, or processing them into value-added products, makes great commercial and environmental senses.

We Care About Your Concern

Q: What is the moisture content requirement for EFB Shredder? Can we just throw in raw EFB right after collected from oil mill?

A: There is no strict requirements for input EFB, but when your EFB is right after collected from oil mill, you will need a bigger screen in order to avoid Jam.

Q: Would you please tell us the electricity consumption for EFB Shredder for one Ton production, and rough idea about the cost of the spare parts?

A: We once calculated on model KJDS318E, main motor is 132KW, hourly electricity consumption is about 15kw per ton of production.

Q: What is the cost for EFB Shredder with input and output conveyor deliver to Malaysia?

A: FCL loading is recommended for the complete chipping system with input and output conveyor, spare parts and electric control cabinet.

Sea Shipment for 20” or 40” FCL costs around USD200-400 in different season.

Q: What size of EFB Fiber can I obtained from your EFB Shredder?

A: We have small-media-heavy duty EFB Chipper, output fiber length will be 10-35mm.
