1.Introduction of honeycomb coal briquette press machine   

1) charcoal briquetting machine is mianly use to making man-made charcoal from charcoal dust 

 2) The motor transmits power to transmission through the V-belt.
3) The transmission output shaft transmits power to propeller through the floating coupling, and the thruster of propeller push forward coal through forming die to produce the ideal high-pressure coal-stick.

 

2.Raw materials of the honeycomb coal briquette press machine couble be :

1 Raw material can be processed: Coal dust like brown coal, lignite coal, lean coal, anthracite, peat, and the old brown coal, charcoal fines, coke dust/fines, peacoke, carbon black, carbon dust, clay, activated carbon, etc.

2 The materials size and moisture requests before briquetting: In order to ensure the good quality and mechanical strength of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm, preferably in the range of 30-40% smaller than 1–2 mm, with no more than 10% over 2 mm.

The Main Applications:

1,suitable for charcoal powder, wood charcoal powder, coco nut shell charcoal powder, rice husk charcoal powder , charcoal dust, coal powder Material suitable size : <3mm 

2,The shape and size of stick can be made as require, like round, hexagon, cinquefoil, and others. In the stick center, it can with hole or not.

3,For the length of final products, the auto cutter can do it. 

 

Working Principle: 

1.This coal extruder uses the principle of spiral extrusion, compressed the prepared pulverized coal into a certain intensity of rodlike shape. 

2.Coal briquette extruder is the main equipment in the system of molding fuel,it can make the squeeze powdered coal into a certain hardness coal briquette sticks (various shapes according to customer's requirements),in place of block coal,it can make full use of coal dust to reduce fuel cost.
