1.The most suitable raw material is the wood sawdust to make nice wood briquettes(we can support you crusher if you raw material size is too big).

2.The most suitable moisture is 8-12% ti make nice wood briquettes (we can support you dryer if you mitsure is too high).

3.The final wood briquettes diameter i s 50mm, 60mm,70mm,80mm, the length can be adjustable .

4.The final wood briquettes shape can be square, hexagonal, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with pentagon.

5.The final wood briquettes can be burn fro warm or bbq(we can support you the carbonnization stove for making wood briquettes)

 1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette. 

For larger capacity production needs ,we can support  2 or 3 or  4 sets wood briquettes production line for you.
