The industrial meat grinder (thread rolling screw) pushes the material in the hopper to the pre-cut orifice plate, and shreds the material through the shearing action formed by the hob blade and the perforation blade in the orifice plate. At the same time, the material is continuously discharged out of the machine under the action of screw extrusion. According to different material properties and processing requirements, we can equip the machine with corresponding cutters and orifice plates to process particles of different sizes.

1. Suitable for fresh and frozen meat below 18°C. 2. Frozen meat does not need to be thawed to prevent the loss of nutrients and protein in the meat. 3. Equipped with safety protection device (emergency stop button) to make the operation safer.
