Description of automatic toothpick making machine

The toothpick machines are used for producing bamboo toothpicks or wood toothpicks, the complete equipments consist of 8 or 10 sets of machines, some of them are optional according to your actual need. You can make two different kinds of toothpicks: one-end-sharp and two-end-sharp. And the size of the toothpick can be adjustable, the machines can produce 800000-1000000 pieces toothpick every 8 hours by only 4-5 labors.

There are totally 10 sets of toothpick machines for making bamboo toothpicks. Function for each single machine are introduced as below

1. Fresh bamboo sawing machine: Cut the fresh bamboo into certain size.

2. Bamboo splitting machine/dissection machine: Split the bamboo into chips.

3. Bamboo flaker: Fixing the width of bamboo pieces and flattening the bamboo pieces.

10.Bamboo multi-functional sharpener: sharpen the blades or knifes.

1. Wood timber dividing machine: Put the standard dry square timber into this machine, to make them into flakes. 

2. Wood filament shaping machine: Put the wood flake into this machine, wood wool molding.

3. Wood filament set-size machine: Set uniform length of the stick.

4. Wood toothpick set-size machine: Cut the long stick into about 65mm into toothpicks with standard length.

5. Wood toothpick polishing machine: Polish the toothpicks.

6. Wood toothpick sorting machine: order the toothpicks to make it easy to put them into the sharpen machine.

7. Wood toothpick sharpening machine: Sharpen the two tips, or one sharpened one carved head.

8. Multi-functional blades sharpening machine: Sharpen the cutter and saw.
