Product Description

The almond dehulling machine can be used for cracking various kinds of nuts, such as almond, walnut, hazelnut, badam, etc. The machine has the feed hopper, the stripe roller, the shed bar, the fan, the gravity separator, the fan and so on. Customers can adjust the clearance to get a better breaking performance, based on specific requirement.

Almond cracking machine is mainly used to break the hard shell of almond, hazelnut,Macadamia,etc. Almond cracking machine with compact structure, easy to operation, stable performance. The reasonable design of low crushing rate makes it is the most ideal nuclear processing equipment.

Working Principle

Almond cracking machine are manually feed into hopper then flow into the drum. Due to the force between the rotation of the pattern and the concave plate of the shed, the shell is peeled off, and the peeled almond and shell are simultaneously passed. The concave plate holes are dropped, and the material is placed in the screening machine to separate the shells.
