Product applications

      This machine is mainly suitable for chopping vegetables, peanuts and nuts. It consists of three parts: vibration feeding, chopping and grading. Vibration feeding can make peanuts evenly spread on the hopper, which is conducive to hob evenly chopping. The grading part uses spiral drum with different sieve meshes, so as to meet the requirements.

Peanut will be sent into machine with conveyor, and working speed of cutter is constant . By changing working speed of feeding conveyor to adjust the size of finished peanut particle.

it consists of three sections of feeding, chopping and classification which vibration feeding section can enable the peanuts to evenly fall into the container where the peanuts are being evenly chopped by rolling knives, in the classification section sieves of different sizes are installed which the peanuts into different sizes. By changing working speed of feeding conveyor to adjust the size of finished peanut particle.
