A complete wood pellet production line includes:  Chipping-  Grinding-  Drying-  Pelletizing-  Cooling-  Packing.

1. Chipping section, chipping wood into wood chips.
2. Grinding section, gridning wood chips to sawdust.
3. Drying section, drying sawdust to moisture content 10-15%, for pelletizing, it requires materials moisture within 10-15%.
4. Pelletizing section, pressing sawdust into biomass pellets.
5. Cooling section, cooling biomass pellets to room temperature, after pelletizing, the pellets temperature at about 60℃, for storage, it need cooling.
6. Packing section, packing biomass pellets into bags for easy transportation and storage.Client will choose the weight of per bag pellets different according to requirement.

1. Drum Wood Chipper

If the clients raw materials are wood logs,we suggest you use wood chipper,but please kindly note it,your raw materials max diameter must be allowed by our wood chipper max diameter(from 23cm to 35cm),it grind the wood logs into wood chips(Size:30*30*10mm). 

2.Double-motor Hammer Mill

The hammer mill is the main machine in grinding section, it grinds the wood chips, small wood waste,
wood branches,sticks(Size:30*30*10mm) into wood sawdust (5mm-8mm),if your raw materials are EFB,coconut shell,packed straw stalk etc.,you could use the composite crusher or stump crusher to crushing your raw materials. 

Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine
1.Biomass pellet machine is a machine that presses crushed waste wood, furniture wood chips, construction scraps and other raw materials into a rod-shaped pellet with a diameter of 8-12 mm by mechanical physical extrusion. 

2.The pellet moisture is 8%-10%,

3. The density of raw materials is generally about 110-130kg/m3, and the density of particles after molding is more than 1100kg/m3.It is very convenient to transport and store, and its combustion performance is greatly improved.

 Counter Flow Cooler

Cooling section is one of the most sections in the wood pellet production line,because the wood pellets temperature from wood pellet machine is 80-90 ℃,the clients could choose the counter flow cooler and cooling silo for cooling wood pellets,after the cooling,the wood pellets have good density and beautiful surface,improve selling
