This machine adopts imported PLC system control and touch screen man-machine interface and photoelectric switch and proximity switch system control. The bamboo tubes of different sizes, equal thickness and length are manually placed on the automatic loading rack of the equipment, and the automatic feeding is adopted. The feeding device of the rack sends the bamboo tube to the top of the automatic loading rack, and after measuring the outer diameter of the bamboo tube by the electronic ruler, it is automatically replaced with the required width of the bamboo piece, and then the automatic cutting machine changes the required tool through the internal system command. The bamboo tube is automatically cut into the material of the automatic bamboo cutting machine, and the bamboo tube is clamped by the clamping arm device of the automatic centering material, and then automatically pushed to the cutter by the collision bowl to carry out the bamboo tube cutting bamboo, and the bamboo tube is cut into bamboo pieces. After that, the bamboo piece is sent to the bamboo piece receiving rack through the automatic discharging device.
