1.Cutter:
Adopts double helix picking roller, which has the advantages of fast speed, no grain drop and low transmission failure rate.
2.Power master clutch:
The power clutch adopts five joint group B belts,with strong power and high efficiency. If the power not enough or weak during the use, it indicates that five joint group has insufficient tension and needs adjustment.
3.Peeling:
The peeling device adopts adjustable vibrating sieve and adjustable pressure transmitter; it is equipped with a pressure transmitter rapid alarm device.
4.Granary:
Heightening type unloading height. Sealed grain unloading baffle.
5.CVT Traveling :
After using CVT transmission for a period of time, you need to check the walking belt. If there is a loose belt, please adjust the adjusting screw in time.
