Description
Our product utilize non-guanidine inactivation and lysis recipes, and we further add cryoprotectant and specific buffer into it.All these make our product be able to lyse and release virus particles immediately and then inactivate the virus.Our product can pre- serve respiratory virus DNA/RNA for more than 1month at RT,which can avoid mold contamination.

Material: Swine Encephalitis B virus
Method:Use GENFINE S303 and competing solutions to dilute virus samples 1000 times respectively. Extract nucleic acid after accelerated experiments in a 55° C incubator. The RT-qPCR test results are as above.
