Description The FineQuick Blood DNA Kit is designed for purifica- tion of high quality nucleic acids from 100-200 μLblood samples using a magnetic beads separation and purification method.The two steps of lysis and binding were completed in one tube, and the extraction can be finished within 50 minutes .This kit can be integrated with the automatic extractor of pipetting method and magnetic rod method for high-throughput extraction, or be used in manual operation.

Features 1.Non-toxic: No need for phenol/chloroform; 2.Convenient: Be free of steps of pre-processing or time-consuming alcohol precipitation,genomic DNA of high purity can obtained within 50 minutes; 3. High throughput:able to be integrated with auto- matic pipetting instrument and magnetic beads based automatic extractor; 4. High purity: purified DNA can be applied directly to qPCR, microarray, Next-Generation-Sequencing and other Experiments.
