Q: How long is your production time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock or sample order. 

     If mass production, production time is 45 days after received deposit and confirmation of artwork.

Q: Do you provide samples ? How would that cost? And shipping cost?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample, sample price could be refunded after placing mass production.
