A: Quality is priority. QC department with professional quality assurance specialist attach great importance to quality 

controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained Rohs, hd-mi, SGS, CE FECC,ISO9001:2008 authentication. Etc

Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?
A: This situation never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff.

A: For all our products, 1 year warranty has been provided, any problems during this period, we will take full responsibility and you can feel free to send goods back and then we will help-you resend all defected goods or paid money back!
