A: This situation never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff.

A: For all our products, 2 years warranty has been provided, any problems during this period, we will take full responsibility and you can feel free to send goods back and then we will help-you resend all defected goods or paid money back!
