Q1: What can i do before place the order ?  

 A1: Confirm the produce picture, size, color, logo, shipping method payment method, delivery time, and other custom request.

Q2: Why your price on website is not same as real price?

 A2:The price on the website is only a rough quotation.Different size and color the price are different. 

Q3: How can I make the payment for my orders?

 A3: We strongly suggest pay via Alibaba trade assurance system, but we also accept Western Union, Paypal and  T/T by bank.

Q4: How long the plating color will be keep?

 A4: Our plating is the best PVD plating,  if you keeping properly, usually keep 1 to 2 years.

Q5: How about the sample policy?

 A5: We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charge the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

Q6: Can you customize the packaging?

 A6: Our normal packing is jewelry paper card with opp bag, Meanwhile, we can provide jewelry box, need to extra charge $1 pieces, can customize your logo, please contact if you want to have it packed with jewelry box.
